How do I choose the right wakesurf board for my skill level?
We recommend beginners start with a surf-style board for better stability and tracking. Intermediate to advanced riders may prefer a skim-style board for spins and technical tricks. Check our sizing chart on each product page to match the board volume with your body weight.
What is your shipping policy for oversized items like boards?
We offer flat-rate shipping on all surfboards and large gear within the continental US. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via ground freight to ensure your gear arrives safely.
Can I return a board if I've already used it in the water?
To maintain our quality standards, we only accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Once a board has been waxed or put in the water, it is no longer eligible for return unless there is a manufacturer defect.
Do SWELL Wakesurf boards come with a warranty?
Yes, all our boards come with a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage from impacts, misuse, or normal wear and tear such as 'sun-tanning' or pressure dents.
Are fins included with my surfboard purchase?
Most of our wakesurf boards include a standard set of fins. However, some high-performance models are sold 'blank' to allow riders to choose their preferred fin setup. Please check the 'What's Included' section on the specific product page.
